Multi Tic Tac Toe is an application developed to provide an example on how to use Microsoft Multipoint SDK. Using this library your're allowed to write application that are aware of multiple mouse devices connected to the computer. It requires .NET Framework 3.0 in order to work as it's based upon WPF.
